I recently flew off to Lanzarote for a few days of rest and what I thought would be a little bit of sunshine, but so far there is no luck with that!
It seemed like the perfect opportunity so i thought i would show you what i have in my travel makeup bag! I know with travelling you have to pack lighter and be realistic about what you need to take with you and to be honest i am SO bad at this. I have to repack my case about 6 times before i leave!

I know it doesn't look a lot compared to some peoples makeup bags but on holiday I tend to just go with the standard face of makeup and just change it up a bit with different lipstick/lip products. I'm not good with experimenting with new makeup looks although I wish I was!
1. YSL Babydoll Mascara - my new favourite since my Benefit one ran out!
2. Soap & Glory Solar Powder Bronzer - this is my all time favourite bronzer. It's inexpensive and it gives the nicest glow!
3. MAC Studio Fix - I just brush this all over my face once I've applied my foundation to take away any shine and to lightly brighten my face as I have this in one shade darker than my foundation. Gives you that slightly tanned look without looking like a caked tangerine!
4. MAC Studio Fix Fluid - this is my all time favourite foundation. It's the only one I've ever found that actually sits on my skin and will actually stay there throughout the day!
5. Soap & Glory Peach Party Blush - I'm not a huge blush fan, but this one isn't too bright or too powerful which I love! It just gives you a nice shimmery colour and it blends in really well!
6. MAC Pro Palette: Charcoal Brown and All That Glitters. This doubles up as my brow product and my most used daily eyeshadow. I use the shade Charcoal Brown on my eyebrows. It's fills them in nicely but they don't look drawn on or bold. The shade All That Glitters has always been my favourite. It's such s pretty colour; it's s creamy/light pink shimmer shade and is perfect for everyday wear. Plus Elle aka AllThatGlitters21 was my first ever favourite youtuber from back in the day!
7. NARS Copacabana Illuminator - I bought this product as Gabby had highly recommended it and I have to say I do love it. I do sometimes forget to put it on and I do end up noticing. It just gives you that perfect, subtle cheek highlight and you only have to use a tiny bit at a time.
8. Dior Addict Lip Maximzer - I just absolutely love this. Worn on its own or on top of another lip product, it just gives your lips a little plumpy boost! I've always wanted bigger lips and this is just a good and cheap alternative for me right now haha!
9. MAC Lipstick in the shade HUG ME - This has been my "go to" nude lipstick for years now. Way before the Kylie Jenner craze started happening. It is just a perfect nude!!
Then I just pack a few brushes (if any makeup or beauty people see this I'm so sorry I know I'm a bad with keeping my brushes clean and using the right ones OOPS)
